Competitors

For Competitors, stabling, camping and parking cancellations attract a 25% administration fee. Refunds should be requested from AELEC. Refunds may take 7 working days and your statement will have an entry from ‘Nominate’ (booking system).

Spectators

Tourism Tamworth manages the ticketing at AELEC and refunds should be sought directly from Tourism Tamworth. 

Event Organisers and Traders

Refunds to Event Organisers and Traders are determined on an individual basis. Please contact us for more information.
