The 95mx110m sand campdraft arena was designed by the ABCRA and features a camp with dimensions of 15m wide and 25m deep. It has a maximum viewing area with a specially constructed spectator bank overlooking the arena.
Competitors have a 30m by 70m sand warm-up arena a short distance to the camp. At completion of a run, competitors have easy return access back to the stable and parking area.
Cattle will be unloaded into undercover yards and held there until moved into the yards near the camp. There are two-way races leading to and from all arenas to ensure all stock are handled in a stress reduced environment.
The campdraft arena will also be used for any number of other activities and events throughout the year.
