The annual National Cutting Horse Association (NCHA) Cutting Futurity returns to the AELEC from Monday, 30 May through to Sunday, 12 June 2022.
The annual NCHA Futurity attracts more than 500 competitors vying for more than $700,000 in cash and prizes, makes it the biggest and richest indoor sporting horse event in the Southern Hemisphere.
Since its first show in 1974 at Moonbi Showgrounds, when the prize purse was a mere $10,000, it's grown from a three-day event with 25 competitors to this year's 15-day program.
The Futurity attracts on average 15,000 spectators from all over Australia, and normally world-wide (pre-COVID!).
Entry to this event is free.
