AELEC has been home to Tamworth International Eventing (TIE) for over 10 years.
TIE runs two events each year. The first event this year in March is our FEI Event held over 2 days across 3 disciplines.
- Phase 1 - Dressage is a test judged on balance, rhythm, suppleness and the unison of horse and rider
- Phase 2 - Showjumping is a test of technical skill of horse and rider, of obedience and athletism
- Phase 3 - Cross Country is the test of bravery and fitness and trust between horse and rider over solid fences over open country.
Known as the Equestrian triathlon, the TIE event caters for all levels from 50cm to 4Star level.
