Booking Cancellations

Use this form to request all stable and camping cancellations. Stable and camping cancellation requests must be received before your event starts or before the commencement of your booking date; whichever occurs first. Refunds for requests received after these dates will not be accepted. Refunds requested more than two weeks prior to your event will incur a 10% cancellation fee, refunds requested less than two weeks prior to your event will incur a 20% cancellation fee. Refunds with supporting evidence of doctor's certificate or veterinarian's certificate valid for the event dates will incur a 6% fee. Refunds as a result of cancelled or postponed events will incur a 6% administration fee. All stable and camping cancellation requests must be received in writing.
