North West Local Land Services are inviting interested sheep and cattle producers to join a Q&A style day with a panel of experts and leading producers to share knowledge on:

  • Confinement feeding - from design, layout, and construction through to operations, diet selection, feeding and management.

  • Livestock related ag technology - utilisation of ag tech, opportunities available and return on investment.

Confinement feeding panel speakers include:

  • Dr Jillian Kelly, AHN Consulting

  • Brett Littler, Local Land Services

  • Gerard Gallagher, Sheep and Cattle Producer

  • Will Chaffey, Sheep Producer

  • Jeremy Cummins, Bottlejac Feedlot

Livestock tech panel speakers include:

  • Max Johnstone, Optiweigh

  • Tony Overton, Sheep and Cattle producer

  • Matt Lieschke, Local Land Services

  • Tom Ledingham, Cattle Producer

Catering:

  • Morning tea and lunch provided.

  • There will be no formal presentations, so participants are encouraged to bring their own note-taking equipment.
